I purchased a Sulfur Face Mask from this company. With shipping, it cost me approximately $50. a fairly hefty price, but one I decided I was willing to pay. It arrived (took a while to ship and arrive but nothing outrageous) and then a few weeks later I ended up with a bill from Fedex for "Disbursement" and "Clearance Entry" Fees. For almost $40. Absolutely no where on the website while I was checking out, choosing the shipping, or making the payment did it say that there may be extra fees. That is unbelievable. I hope to hear back from this company regarding this in the hopes that they'll do the honest thing and pay the fees because I would never have made this purchase if I had been informed that extra shipping fees may apply. I already paid the company for shipping, it's their job to inform you if the products they are shipping may incur extra fees on top of that, and they failed to do so. I'm incredibly disappointed. If I wanted to pay over $80 for a single bottle of product, I would go to a licensed dermatologist.

I ordered a bottle of Kakadu C Evening Oil for $37 plus tax directly from Dermadoctor. It arrived with the bottle leaking and was 1/3 full of oil. Since it arrived damaged I felt they should replace the item and that I should not have to pay for shipping to send the damaged original back. I emailed customer service and got no response. I was ripped off! Terrible customer service!

The hydro boosting rye and lip gels is great for dryness and to keep them from drying. The formula isnt sticky like some people say..its more creamy

My favorite brand for skin care. Does everything u need it to do. After i spent so much money on other products dermadoctor did the trick!

Dermadoctor is a private label skincare line formulated by a Dermatologist - and it's amazing! I went straight to the best sellers tab and purhcased a few products to test and they far exceeded my expectations! I will definitly be back for more soon!

I really like their products for anti-aging, wrinkles, and dark circles under the eyes. They have a nice selection of products divided into easy to find categories. These products were designed by a medical professional, and they work extremely well.
